Prop 4 Passes in California

Despite the crowded ballot and contentious national election, our collective work and leadership makes it clear that climate action is a top priority for our communities. Prop 4 will help California shift from disaster response to disaster prevention before the damage becomes too costly and unmanageable – preventing wildfires, providing safe drinking water for everyone, and protecting our forests, beaches, and coasts.

Contributing Land Trusts

A powerful community.

We see a future where all California residents share a common conservation ethic and benefit from having access to clean water, healthy food, parks and other natural lands where they live. Join us!

Land Acknowledgement
CCLT Action Fund acknowledges that all of the lands and waters in which we live and work are the traditional unceded ancestral homelands and sacred spaces of native peoples from more than 100 nations, who inhabited, and still inhabit, these lands. Many of CCLT Action Fund’s partner land trusts are actively working with local tribes to return ancestral lands. They are also partnering with tribes to exchange knowledge and share resources towards traditional stewardship of conserved lands. For more information about the Indigenous territories and lands on which you live and work, visit Native Land or Digital Atlas of California Native Americans.
